Hello, I’m Caitlin-Marie

My life story in a nutshell goes something like this: High school girl goes above and beyond when it comes to beautifying any and every school assignment that comes across her desk. Girl decides to go the route of private Art School, excels at design and graduates with Honors. Girl dives head first into the creative field absorbing everything she can about the industry. Fast forward several years and girl comes down with a severe case of wanderlust and decides to pack her bags and move to the epicentre of Europe – London, where she falls head-over-heels for everything English.

Silver Bow Studio Marketing Report

Silver Bow Studio is a new collaborative studio meets community centre in Esquimalt, British Columbia offering music lessons for babies, children and teens in violin and cello as well as other community programs.

Having only recently been established in 2018, Silver Bow was in need of a plan to grow their business and client base. My team offered a comprehensive digital growth strategy report covering all aspects of online marketing. We first determined the goals of the company and established a reporting framework and set up Google Analytics. The next step was to extensively research the studio’s current clientele and bank of teachers to create specific user personas to target in our marketing efforts. From there we studied the current website to determine recommendations for SEO improvements in order to increase organic traffic and to rank higher on SERPs. The site’s readability, user experience and link building efforts were also audited.

Also covered in the report was social media campaign strategy, email marketing strategy including newsletter campaigns, and paid ad strategy, through the use of Google Adwords, display and social ads. To read the report in it’s entirety click the image below.

Steve Nash Corporate E-Book

The corporate program at Steve Nash was in need of some love and attention so I was tasked with creating an ebook design that was fresh and vibrant, in order to attract big bucks from corporate membership sales. This ebook was written by the content marketing team, and I took liberties as well, copywriting headlines to work with the tongue-in-cheek tone I envisioned for the piece. For the photography, I had the challenge of using strictly stock photography, but succeeded in avoiding any clich├ęs that come to mind when talking about offices and workplace wellness.
